The hidden problem
One charger may expose detailed electrical, thermal, protection, and state information. Another may report only basic availability and session events. Both can appear green on the same dashboard.
The colour looks consistent. The evidence is not.
Sentinel keeps that difference visible. When evidence is limited, stale, contradictory, or unavailable, the operational view shows the gap instead of quietly treating uncertainty as health.

Health summarises what the available, relevant evidence suggests about an asset’s operational condition. A responsible health view should show when it was evaluated, link to the evidence behind it, and remain inconclusive when the evidence is insufficient.

Sentinel works with verified capabilities exposed through OCPP 1.6, relevant OCPP 2.x variants, approved vendor APIs, and PlugStream Native device evidence. Protocol support alone does not guarantee a complete data set; capability can vary by manufacturer, model, firmware, configuration, and integration route.
